Soup of chickpeas and parsley


Ingredients

     Vegetable broth 0.2 cubic
     Water 0.5 cup
     Olive oil, 1 tbsp
     Garlic 0.3 clove
     Onion 0.1 Pill
     Parsley, 1/2 pack
     Homs, 1/2 kilo

How to prepare

  Place the chickpeas in a deep bowl and soak in water for at least an hour.

Put the oil in a deep pot over low heat and add the parsley mixture.

  Descriptive of the water and chickpeas Odiver the parsley mixture ..

  Continue stirring for a few minutes.

   Leave on the fire until boiling cover the pot and leave to boil for 20 minutes or until Taatokdan of maturity.

  Mix the ingredients well until you get the strength Karimi.

Add the lemon juice and serve hot with bread or cut as desired.
