Tart white chocolate and strawberries

Quantities

    
2½ cups or 250 g of cookies Alchokolath, comminuted
    
¾ cup or 150 g of butter is melted Almmlhh,
    
1 tin or 397 g Nestle Sweetened Condensed Milk
    
½ cup or 125 ml of water
    
1 tablespoon custard powder
    
3 tablespoons unsweetened orange juice
    
150 g of chopped chocolate Awhita,
    
1 cup or 250 g of cream cheese
    
1 cup or 150 g of chopped Lafraolh,
 
How to prepare
Cookies fragmented mixed with the melted butter into a small bowl. Then press the mixture into the tart mold diameter of 26 cm and Dhi detachable base.
Mixes Nestle sweetened condensed milk with water, custard powder, orange juice and sauce in a small bowl. Then cook, stirring constantly over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until the sauce becomes thick.
Raise the custard from the heat and add the white chocolate pieces and stir until the chocolate melts and becomes soft. Remove from heat and set aside until cool.
Add the cheese and mix batters until smooth.
Add the cut strawberries and pour the mixture over the cake prepared. Placed in the refrigerator for at least two hours or until they become severe.
Progress cake in the form of half-frozen slices with additional pieces of fresh strawberries.
