The modus operandi of shawarma bread

Ingredients

     0.25 cup sugar
     Milk powder 9 tablespoon
     Instant yeast 1.50 tbsp
     Baking powder, teaspoon
     0.50 cup oil
     1.25 cups water
     Salt Workshop
     Zero kg flour

How to prepare
- Confuse milk, yeast and baking powder, oil, water, sugar and salt with some well

- Add the flour to the mixture

- Njn with flour mixture gradually until the dough holds together

- We leave the dough for half an hour to rest

- Ndzi dough into balls

- Manfred dough

- Put it on the sheet or tray Tefal

- Nhmr dough duplex

- Nhacoha stuffing Shawarma
